Karimon Bikes LLC – Warranty Policy

  1. Warranty Coverage

Karimon Bikes LLC offers a limited six-month (6) warranty on e-bikes and e-scooters purchased through our services. This warranty, provided in collaboration with our partner factories/warehouses, covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty coverage applies to the following components:

Includes tires, inner tubes, brake pads, grips, and other parts subject to normal wear and tear.

Important: This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and begins from the date the product is shipped from our partner factory or warehouse.

  1. Warranty Terms

During the six-month warranty period:

  • Karimon Bikes LLC, in coordination with our partner factories/warehouses, will facilitate the provision of replacement parts at no cost for covered defects. 
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with replacement parts.

Role of Karimon Bikes LLC:

  • We act as an intermediary between the customer and our partner factories/warehouses to ensure efficient processing of warranty claims. All warranty parts are shipped directly from our partner factories or warehouses.
  1. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover the following:

  1. Improper Use or Modification
  • Using non-approved chargers or neglecting proper battery care (e.g., failure to charge regularly).
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications performed by non-licensed technicians or using non-original parts.
  1. Water Damage
  • Damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions, such as heavy rain, snow, or submersion. Our products are water-resistant but not waterproof.
  1. Accidents or Misuse
  • Damage resulting from activities such as racing, jumping, overloading, or using the product outside its intended purpose.
  1. Lack of Maintenance
  • Failure to perform the recommended maintenance procedures outlined in the user manual.
  1. Courier and Shipping Damage
  • Damage caused during transit by courier services. Customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier for such damage.
  1. Claims Procedure

To initiate a warranty claim, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Karimon Bikes LLC
  • Email us at karimonbikes@gmail.com with a description of the issue and proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
  1. Provide Visual Evidence
  • Include photos or videos of the defective part for evaluation of the claim.
  1. Shipping Costs
  • Once the defect is verified, Karimon Bikes LLC will coordinate with the factory/warehouse to ship the necessary replacement parts. Customers must pay the shipping fees for the replacement parts. No replacements will be processed without payment of these fees.

Note: Karimon Bikes LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the factory/warehouse or shipping carrier during the replacement process but will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely shipment.

  1. Post-Warranty Support

After the six-month warranty period:

  • Karimon Bikes LLC offers paid support for repairs, parts replacement, and maintenance.
  • Customers are responsible for all costs associated with post-warranty services, including parts, labor, and shipping fees.
  • We will continue to facilitate the ordering of replacement parts through our partner factories/warehouses for a fee.
  1. Final Terms
  • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • All claims are subject to the terms outlined in this policy.
  • Karimon Bikes LLC reserves the right to modify or amend these warranty terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.

Governing Law: Any disputes arising from this warranty will be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
