  1. Orders and Proforma Invoice

All purchases are initiated through a customer inquiry. The products showcased on our website are for informational purposes only, and no direct purchases can be made via the website.

 

2.2 Quotation and Proforma Invoice:

After receiving an inquiry, we will provide a quotation tailored to the customer’s needs. Upon confirmation of the order, we will issue a Proforma Invoice detailing the product costs, shipping fees, and payment instructions.

 

2.3 Payment:

Payment must be made via bank transfer using the details provided in the Proforma Invoice. Orders are processed only after payment is received and confirmed by Karimon Bikes LLC.

 

2.4 Order Confirmation:

An order is considered confirmed only when full payment is received. Once confirmed, the order will be processed, and tracking information will be provided.


  1. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 Shipping Timeframes:

Shipping times vary based on the warehouse location and the destination, as outlined in our Shipping Policy. We will provide a tracking number within 1-3 business days after receiving payment.


3.2 Shipping Costs:

All shipping costs will be calculated and included in the Proforma Invoice. Shipping fees may vary based on product size, weight, and destination.


3.3 Customs and Duties:

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country’s regulations.


3.4 Delays:

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, Karimon Bikes LLC is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.


3.5 Warehouse Pickup:

Customers may arrange to pick up their orders directly from our associated factories’ warehouses. Please note that these warehouses are owned and operated by our factory partners, and pickups must be coordinated in advance.


  1. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

4.1 Order Cancellations:

Orders can only be canceled before payment is made. Once payment is received, orders cannot be canceled.


4.2 Returns and Refunds:

Returns are subject to our Return Policy. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product if they wish to return an item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.


4.3 Non-Returnable Items:

Custom-made items, clearance products, or items that have been used or altered by the customer are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

5.1 Warranty Period:

Karimon Bikes LLC provides a limited warranty covering defects in material and workmanship, as outlined in our Warranty Policy. The warranty period starts from the date the product leaves the warehouse.


5.2 Warranty Claims:

Customers must contact Karimon Bikes LLC with evidence of the defect (photos, videos, or descriptions) to initiate a warranty claim. We will provide repair or replacement parts in accordance with the warranty terms.


5.3 Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or failure to follow maintenance instructions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Karimon Bikes LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product in question. This limitation applies to all claims, regardless of the basis on which the claim is made, including but not limited to contract, tort, or warranty claims.

The trademarks, logos, and branding associated with Karimon Bikes LLC, including but not limited to the Karimon Bikes name and logo, are the exclusive property of Karimon Bikes LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used in any manner without our express prior written consent.

However, the product images, descriptions, and other related materials displayed on our website, except for the Karimon Bikes trademark and logo, are provided for the convenience of our customers, including resellers. These materials may be reproduced, redistributed, or used by our customers for the purpose of promoting or reselling the products featured on our website.

This permission does not extend to any third-party intellectual property that may be featured on the website, for which permission must be sought from the respective owners.
