Karimon Bikes LLC is an American wholesale distributor of e-bikes, e-scooters, and accessories. We work closely with reputable factories that own and operate warehouses in multiple regions, ensuring efficient shipping. Purchases are not made directly through our website. Instead, customers submit inquiries, and we provide a tailored quotation and Proforma Invoice. All orders are fulfilled by our partner factories, ensuring quality and reliability.
- Order Process
Our streamlined order process ensures transparency and efficiency:
- Inquiry: Customers browse our product showcase and inquire about specific products via our contact form or email.
- Quotation: Based on the customer’s inquiry, we provide a personalized quotation that includes product details, estimated shipping costs, and delivery timelines.
- Confirmation: Upon confirmation of the customer’s selection, we issue a Proforma Invoice with all relevant details, including payment instructions.
- Payment: Customers make payment via the bank account details provided in the Proforma Invoice. Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed.
- Order Processing: Once payment is received, we coordinate with our partner factories to place the order. The factory arranges the shipment to the customer.
- Tracking: Customers receive tracking information within 2 to 5 business days of payment confirmation to monitor their shipment in real time.
- Shipping Timeframes
Shipping times vary based on the warehouse location and the destination. Below are estimated shipping times:

Note: Products shipped from China may have longer delivery times, depending on the product, shipping method, and destination. Customers will be informed of estimated delivery timelines during the quotation process before finalizing their Proforma Invoice.
- Tracking and Notifications
Once your order is processed, we will email you a tracking number within 1 to 5 business days of payment confirmation. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real time.
- Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and included in the Proforma Invoice based on the size, weight, and destination of the product. Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping costs provided by Karimon Bikes LLC.
- Stock Availability
We collaborate with third-party warehouses operated by our factory partners to facilitate product shipping. Below is an updated overview of stock availability:
- Europe and USA: Partner warehouses in these regions carry stock for faster and more efficient delivery.
- UK: Stock is available in partner warehouses, ensuring quick delivery to UK customers.
- Canada: Stock is now maintained in our partner warehouses in Canada, enabling faster and more efficient delivery to Canadian customers.
- China: For specific parts and components, shipments are arranged directly from our factory partners in China. These shipments may require longer delivery times, and customers will be informed of the timelines during the quotation process.
- Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at karimonbikes@gmail.com. We will collaborate with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. If necessary, we will arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with our policy.

- Karimon Bikes LLC is not liable for any damages or losses that occur after the product is in possession of the shipping carrier.
- However, we are committed to assisting you in coordinating a resolution with the shipping carrier to ensure your satisfaction.
